By accessing or using the privnotpeters website and purchasing any travel itinerary or route, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
privnotpeters provides curated USA travel itineraries, guided route packages, and travel planning services ("Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You may be required to create an account to purchase or access certain routes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of route content and stated inclusions only. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting an order, you authorize privnotpeters to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund minus a $75 processing fee. Cancellations within 14–30 days receive a 50{68f82e826574542b287123d8a20748da723c655903472477a299d38666f83acc} refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 14 days of departure. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
All route itineraries, maps, photography, copy, and branding on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of privnotpeters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to resell or redistribute purchased itineraries, to impersonate other users or staff, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account.
Travel conditions, road access, park availability, and local regulations may change without notice. privnotpeters provides itineraries in good faith but cannot guarantee that every element will be available as described. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, privnotpeters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or participation in any route, including personal injury, property damage, or loss of enjoyment. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific route in question.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us in writing.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
